Team Training

At Train Like A pro, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch training programs that produce dramatic results. Two-time Stanley Cup champion, World Cup of hockey champion, Olympic Gold Medalists and owner/client Adam Foote is providing you with you and your team with a state of the art training facility with one of the most experienced group of trainers in the industry. Conveniently located at Iroquois Sports Complex in Whitby, Ontario, our facility is equipped with everything you need to enhance your game; speedtraxx, bosu boards, medicine balls, agility ladders and plyometric equipment are only some of the apparatuses that we will utilize during your team sessions.

Sport specific training is something that we believe all aspiring players need to participate in. Our main focus will be strictly on developing the basics to become a better athlete by incorporating all aspects of training. We will work with your team to improve power, quickness, agility, core training and aerobic and anaerobic training. Combining these will ultimately increase your chances to be one step ahead of the competition.

We at Train Like A Pro offer specialized programs designed around your teams requirements. Fitness testing is included and your team's progress will be monitored at the beginning and the end of your program. Nutritional guidance and supplementary training programs are also provided. Each trainee is closely monitored to ensure optimal results. The training schedule can be set up around your team's activities.
